Why I Built This.

The problem was never about quality of work. The businesses and experts I kept running into were genuinely good at what they did. Their clients got results. Their reputation was excellent. Their expertise was hard-earned.

But there was a disconnect between the work they were doing and the revenue they should have been capturing.

For local businesses, it was the phone. Missed calls that never got returned in time. Follow-up that fell through because the day got busy. Leads that went cold while the business owner was focused on serving the clients already in the door. The work was great. The systems weren't keeping up.

I started Automate & Amplify AI because I believed something straightforward: if a business is genuinely good at what it does, it deserves a system that reflects that. Every call answered. Every inquiry followed up. Every opportunity given a real path to become a client. The Never Miss Revenue System™ came out of that belief — built for appointment-based businesses where a single missed call can mean a lost relationship worth thousands over time.

As the business grew, so did the ask. Coaches and consultants started finding me — not because of a missed call problem, but because they had ideas they couldn’t execute and expertise they couldn’t scale. That became the second half of what I do.

The pattern was the same. Someone with real skill and a real audience, held back not by effort or intelligence but by the gap between what they knew and what they’d actually built. An idea living in their head that hadn’t become a tool. A methodology that wasn’t making money yet because it wasn’t systemized. Expertise that worked one client at a time, when it could have been working around the clock.

The problem is the same in both cases — a gap between what you’re capable of and what your systems are set up to execute. My job is to close that gap.

In Her Own Words.

I spent 15 years in corporate, led a digital ministry for Christian women, and always had a business running on the side. Three years ago I went deep on AI. I didn’t do it to replace human expertise, or put humans out of work. I did it because I wanted to make a difference — and help other business owners use the most powerful business tool most people aren’t using correctly.

What I found is that the gap isn’t the technology. It’s translation. Most business owners and experts know what they want. They just don’t know how to say it in a way AI can execute. That’s the problem I solve. Fast, done-for-you, and built with the integrity this work deserves.
