I've spent years inside the world of tech — email, AI, and automation. I know how these systems work, what they're capable of, and why most businesses never fully unlock them.

For a long time I was using that knowledge to build someone else's vision. The work was good. But something kept pulling at me.

I'd look at service-based business owners — contractors, coaches, practitioners, creatives — some of the hardest working, most mission-driven people I'd ever seen. Pouring themselves into their work. Serving their communities. Many of them doing it as an act of worship.

And they were losing tens of thousands of dollars a year because they didn't have the systems that the big companies I'd been building for took for granted.
