Summer-Ready Business Bootcamp — 6 Weeks
Join me inside this done-with-you bootcamp. Map it. Build it. Crisis-proof it. Promote it.
So the hours you put in are building something that lasts, not something that requires you to be on all the time.

By the end of six weeks
You stop being the bottleneck. You walk out with a customer journey that converts, systems that keep running when life starts lifing, and an offer that is no longer invisible to the people it was made for.
Let's be clear about what this is
Someone recently asked if this is just about taking massive action. It is a fair question. And the answer is no. Massive action is part of it. But it is only half the picture.
The goal is not to fill your hours with more work. The goal is to make sure the hours you do spend are building something that runs, not just something that needs you to show up tomorrow and do it all again.
What a typical program does
What we do in this bootcamp
The honest truth
The ideas are not the problem. The half-finished funnels in your dashboard are not the problem. The voice memos, the Google Docs, the plans you made in January are not the problem.
The problem is that every hour you spend maintaining what you already have is an hour you are not spending building what comes next. And if you are being honest, most of your hours are going to maintenance.
Answering the same client questions. Chasing down the same administrative tasks. Holding together processes that should have been automated six months ago. Staying reachable because nothing works without you in it.
That is not a capacity problem. That is a systems problem. And summer is not going to make it easier. It is going to compress your availability, shift your schedule, and make everything that is running on manual effort feel heavier than it already does.
But here is the other side of that: a business with the right systems does not care what season it is. It runs. It follows up. It delivers. It converts. Whether you are fully available or not.
That is what six weeks builds. Not a plan for a business like that. The actual thing.
Weeks three through five
Most programs teach you how to build. Very few teach you how to make sure what you built actually holds when the pressure comes.
The Crisis-Proof Framework is a three-week process embedded into the middle of this bootcamp. It is not a contingency plan. It is not a backup strategy. It is the work of building a business that does not require you to be fully available in order to function.
Here is what it addresses:
Identify where your business breaks without you. We walk through your current operations and name exactly which parts fall apart when you step back. Most people already know. This makes it impossible to ignore.
Build the pieces that close those gaps. Not a plan to build them later. The actual automations, sequences, and systems, built live inside the bootcamp so they exist before Week 6.
Test it before life does. We run your business through a disruption scenario to confirm the systems hold. You go into Week 6 knowing what you built works, not hoping it does.
The specific tools, frameworks, and sequences inside each week are part of what you build during the bootcamp. The outline above is what you are working toward. The detail is where the value lives.
The program
Every Monday by 2pm you get a training video with a specific framework to implement that same week. Every Thursday we meet live on Zoom for Q&A, real-time implementation support, and accountability so nothing stays stuck.
Map your customer journey
We audit where your leads come from, where they go, and where they fall off. You leave Week 1 with a clear picture of your current journey, every gap identified, and a map of exactly what needs to be built.
Align the journey to your revenue goal
What do you need to earn this summer? What offer gets you there? We build the journey around a real number, not around what sounds good in theory. By the end of this week you know exactly what your funnel needs to do.
Find where your business breaks down
Using the Crisis-Proof framework, we identify exactly what happens to your business when you step back. Which parts fall apart. Which processes only run because you are running them. We name the vulnerabilities before a slow month, a busy season, or an unexpected situation does it for you.
Build the foundation that holds
This is where most programs stop at the strategy slide. We do not. Week 4 is full implementation. The automations. The sequences. The checkout and delivery. The pieces that make your business run without you in it every single day. We build it live, together.
Stress-test it and lock it in
We walk your business through a real disruption scenario to verify the systems hold. You will go into Week 6 knowing that what you built actually runs when you step away. Not hoping. Knowing.
Promote your offer to two audiences
You send to your list. I send to mine. Two separate audiences find out about your offer in the same week. You walk out with real momentum behind what you built, not a launch you are trying to drum up alone. Full details on how this works are below.
What you walk away with
Real result
She came in without a website, without a lead magnet, without a system for any of it. Just a real offer and no infrastructure to support it. Over the course of our work together she now has a fully built website, a lead magnet that is live and collecting subscribers, and a store that showcases her offers with real testimonials attached. Her YouTube channel is connected to her site and her content is automatically pushed to both her website and her newsletter, running without her having to touch it every time she posts.

That is what building looks like versus maintaining. Every piece she has now works while she is doing other things. It did not require a team. It required the right systems, built in the right order, with someone who knew how to make them talk to each other.
That is what six weeks in this bootcamp builds for you.

Week six
Most programs end with a "go implement this" and a wave goodbye. Week 6 of this bootcamp is different. It is a dual promotion week, which means two separate audiences find out about your offer at the same time.
You send to your list. I send to mine. My audience is made up of coaches, consultants, service providers, and solopreneurs who are actively working on their businesses and open to offers that help them grow. These are not cold contacts. They are people who have been following my work, reading my emails, and trusting my recommendations.
When I promote your offer to them, it carries that trust. And you walk out of Week 6 with real momentum behind what you built, not a launch you are trying to drum up excitement for by yourself.
You send
Your list gets the offer
A dedicated email to your existing audience, written and sent in Week 6 as part of the bootcamp. You do the work. You keep the relationship.
I send
My audience sees it too
A dedicated promotion to my list of coaches, consultants, and solopreneurs actively building their businesses. A warm audience that trusts the recommendation.
The investment
Six Monday training videos
Delivered to your inbox by 2pm every Monday. A specific, implementable framework each week. Not theory to file away and revisit someday. Work to put into practice that same week.
Six Thursday live Zoom sessions
Live Q&A, real-time implementation support, and accountability so nothing stays stuck longer than a week. The live sessions are where the real work gets done.
The Crisis-Proof Framework across Weeks 3, 4, and 5
A structured three-week process to find your vulnerabilities, build the foundation that closes them, and stress-test everything before the next busy season, slow season, or unexpected situation does it for you.
Dual audience promotion in Week 6
You send to your list. I send a dedicated email to my audience of coaches, consultants, and solopreneurs actively building their businesses. Two separate promotions, same week. See the full breakdown of how this works in the dedicated section below.
Full portal access
All training videos, session recordings, and resources housed in one place. Nothing lost in your inbox. Everything available to revisit whenever you need it.
Let's do the math
This is not a course you consume and implement alone later. It is six weeks of doing the actual work, live, with someone who builds these systems every day. The price reflects that it is a do-it-with-me experience, not a done-for-you service. The difference is that you come out knowing how it works, not just hoping someone else built it right.

The person behind it
Semonna McNeil
Founder, Automate & Amplify AI · AI Systems Strategist
On a regular Tuesday I am a mom of five who loves tea and a good nap. The rest of the time I build AI systems that help everyday business owners stop holding everything together manually.
I have spent 15 years in corporate, three years growing a digital ministry, and three years watching AI change what is possible for small business owners who are willing to implement, not just learn.
I built my business around systems because life gave me no choice. Emergency surgery mid-launch has a way of clarifying very quickly what actually needs to be in place before the next disruption arrives.
What I know for certain is this: the people who build sustainable businesses are not the ones who worked the hardest. They are the ones who stopped trying to hold everything together manually and built something that could run without them in it every single day. That is what these six weeks are for.
Common questions
It is a three-week structured process built into Weeks 3, 4, and 5 of the bootcamp. Week 3 identifies where your business breaks down when you step back. Week 4 builds the systems that close those gaps. Week 5 stress-tests everything so you know it holds before the next demanding season arrives. It is the piece most programs skip because implementation is harder to sell than strategy. We do not skip it here.
You need an existing offer you are ready to promote in Week 6. It does not need to be fully launched when you start, but it needs to exist in a form people can buy or book. Coaches, consultants, service providers, and digital product sellers are all a good fit. If you are still developing your offer from scratch, this is not the right program yet.
In Week 6 I send a dedicated email to my audience featuring your offer. You are also sending to your own list in the same week. Two separate promotions, two different audiences, going out at the same time. This is real visibility, not a social share. The specifics of format and copy are confirmed inside the bootcamp.
You can pay in full at $1,000, choose a two-pay option, or use Afterpay or Klarna for flexible multi-pay installments. All payment options are available at checkout through ThriveCart.
All session recordings are available in your portal. That said, the live sessions are where the real implementation support happens. If you know ahead of time that multiple Thursdays are conflicts for you, this may not be the right timing.
Plan for the Monday training video (roughly 30 to 45 minutes), implementation time to apply the framework (one to two hours depending on your starting point), and the Thursday live session (60 minutes). Roughly three to four hours per week across six weeks.
No. Automation handles the repetitive, time-consuming parts of your operations, not the relationship. When the reminder emails and onboarding logistics run on their own, you have more energy for the work that actually requires you. That is what makes the client experience better, not worse.
All sales are final. This is a live, implementation-based program with limited capacity and a real promotion component built in. If you have questions about whether this is the right fit before purchasing, reach out at automateandamplifyai.com.
