The problem
Something Isn't Working.
You Just Aren't Sure What.
You can feel it. Revenue is inconsistent, growth has stalled, or you're working harder
than ever and somehow still not seeing the results to match. But naming the actual
problem is harder than it sounds, because in a business, everything touches everything else.
Is it that people aren't finding you? Is it that they find you but don't buy? Is it that
they buy once and never come back? Without a clear diagnosis, you end up guessing,
fixing whatever feels most urgent that week instead of whatever is actually costing you the most.
You are not stuck because you are not capable. You are stuck because diagnosing your own
business from the inside is genuinely hard, and you've been trying to do it alone.
You don't know what's actually broken
Something feels off, but you can't tell if it's your visibility, your offer, your follow-up, or all three at once.
Every stage feels tangled together
A traffic problem can look like a conversion problem. A delivery problem can look like a support problem. It's hard to fix what you can't isolate.
You've gotten advice, just not a plan
You've read the posts and listened to the podcasts. What you haven't gotten is someone looking at your specific business and telling you what to do next.
Revenue requires you to be on
Every sale is connected to a post, a story, or a live. Stop showing up and the revenue stops too. That is not a business, that is a content job.
Why this session exists
Good Businesses Don't Stall
Because They're Bad Ideas.
They stall because the person behind them never got a real answer to the question:
what's actually broken here, and what do I fix first?
I have spent over 15 years in tech sales, customer success, and marketing. I have sat
across from business owners who had real, valuable businesses and watched them stay
stuck for months, not because nothing was working, but because no one ever helped them
see clearly which piece was actually the problem.
The gap is almost never effort. It's clarity. Once you know exactly which stage of your business is costing you the most revenue right now, the fix is usually a lot simpler than it felt from the inside.
That is the gap I built this session to close. Not with a generic framework applied to
every business the same way, but with a real diagnosis of your specific situation,
and a plan built around whatever that diagnosis actually shows.
I watched my own mother struggle with technology while trying to run her business.
Smart woman. Real skills. No one in her corner who understood both the strategy
and the systems. That stays with me. It is why I show up the way I do.
Built for the business owner who knows something in their business needs fixing, and wants a clear plan for fixing it, whatever stage that fix actually lives in.
