Good ideas do not fail because
they are bad ideas.
They fail because the person behind them never got a real answer to the question: what do I do next, and in what order?
I have spent over 15 years in tech sales, customer success, and marketing. I have sat across from business owners who had real, valuable, sellable offers and watched them stay stuck in the planning phase for months because no one ever helped them build a clear path from "I have this" to "people are buying this."
The gap is almost never the offer. It is the absence of a strategy that connects the offer to the right person at the right time through a system that does not require you to be online every single day.
That is the gap I built this session to close. Not with a template, not with a generic funnel diagram, but with a plan built around your specific offer, your specific audience, and what your business actually needs right now.
